NuLabour’s British Justice!

This brute, Alan Entwhistle, a former bouncer

kidnapped his former girl-friend, Claire Atkinson.

He held her captive, and threatened her with a knife, telling her, “If I can’t have you. No-one else will.” He showed her a large stainless-steel knife and told her that he would kill her.

He was arrested, charged, and appeared at Magistrates Court. There he was remanded in custody to appear for trial at the Crown Court after police had objected to bail, outlining their reasons – rather bloody obvious, I would have thought!

Then – enter Judge Stuart Baker at Preston Crown Court. This ‘dispenser of Justice‘ hears his Appeal for bail – and grants it. With strict conditions, of course. Strict conditions, my arse! When a man has said that he will kill, he most certainly will not be afraid of any ’strict conditions’. Indeed, he will totally ignore them. But then, I don’t suppose that a Judge could be expected to know that much about the criminal mind. Just because we do!

I’m sure that you can guess the rest! The animal coaxed her into his car, where he stabbed her 13 times to the heart and chest. Obviously, she died immediately.

  • Claire is dead.
  • Her family will grieve for the rest of their lives.
  • Her two children, aged 8 and 10, will have to grow up and face the world without their Mum.
  • Judge Stuart Baker will continue to dispense ‘Justice’.
  • Entwistle will languish in prison for allegedly 20 years – though we know that he’ll be out, for various reasons, long before that.

Is it ME?

The Public Sector!

Lamenting the failures of the public sector is nothing new. In 1854, the Government commissioned Stafford Northcote and Sir Charles Trevelyan to produce a report into the Civil Service. This is what they found: ‘Those whose abilities do not warrant an expectation that they will succeed in the open professions – where they must encounter the competition of their contemporaries – and those whom indolence of temperament, or physical infirmities unfit for active exertions, are placed in the Civil Service, where they may obtain an honourable livelihood with little labour and no risk’.

Says it all, really!

Thought police muscle up in Britain

Thought police muscle up in Britain

BRITAIN appears to be evolving into the first modern soft totalitarian state. As a sometime teacher of political science and international law, I do not use the term totalitarian loosely.

There are no concentration camps or gulags but there are thought police with unprecedented powers to dictate ways of thinking and sniff out heresy, and there can be harsh punishments for dissent.

Nikolai Bukharin claimed one of the Bolshevik Revolution’s principal tasks was “to alter people’s actual psychology”. Britain is not Bolshevik, but a campaign to alter people’s psychology and create a new Homo britannicus is under way without even a fig leaf of disguise. Read more »

Socialism – Or Communism?

From The Viscount Monckton of Brenchley in Copenhagen at the SPPI blog:

“…………A few weeks ago, at a major conference in New York, I spoke about this tendency towards tyranny with Dr. Vaclav Klaus, the distinguished economist and doughty fighter for freedom and democracy who is President of the Czech Republic.

While we still have one or two statesmen of his caliber, there is hope for Europe and the world. Unfortunately, he refused to come to Copenhagen, telling me that there was no point, now that the lunatics were firmly in control of the asylum.

However, I asked him whether the draft Copenhagen Treaty’s proposal for what amounted to a communistic world government reminded him of the Communism under which he and his country had suffered for so long.

He thought for a moment – as statesmen always do before answering an unusual question – and said, “Maybe it is not brutal. But in all other respects, what it proposes is far too close to Communism for comfort.”

Today, as I lay in the snow with a cut knee, a bruised back, a banged head, a ruined suit, and a written-off coat, I wondered whether the brutality of the New World Order was moving closer than President Klaus – or any of us – had realized.”

Dickiebo; Have I not been saying that NuLabour’s Government is akin to Communism? A country where the ruling elite – the former Trade Union yobs – are the equal of ‘The Party’ (Communist Party), and get all the wealth, top jobs, perks galore, and are above the law, and the rest of us irriots are the peasants who work hard, to keep them in their life of luxury? Nearer and nearer it comes!

And so it is with the E.U. – Exactly!
